Katherine Jenkins, James Blunt and comedian Kev Orkian were scuppered in their bid to entertain troops with The British Forces Foundation in Afghanistan this Christmas. Although they made it on to the plane it never made it off the ground and they had no choice but to remain on UK soil. There was only one thing for it - if Katherine couldn't entertain the soldiers in Afghanistan she would perform for them on the plane instead with an impromptu Christmas carol.
